Backend Student Support Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Backend Student Support Executive to assist in managing student queries, backend operations, and support services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to interact in multiple languages to support a diverse student base.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle and resolve student queries through backend systems, emails, and chat support
• Maintain and update student records accurately in the database
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution
• Provide timely responses and follow-ups on student requests
• Assist in backend operations such as data entry, verification, and documentation
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through effective communication
• Required Skills:Good verbal and written communication skills
• Multilingual abilities (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
