Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to promoters and supervisors for coordination, attendance tracking, and task updates
- Communicate with vendors for manpower, materials, and campaign-related requirements
- Assist in vendor management, including follow-ups and basic coordination
- Maintain and update databases related to promoters, supervisors, and vendors
- Perform data entry, documentation, and report preparation
- Support day-to-day office operations and campaign execution activities
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow between internal teams and external partners
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in telecalling, office administration, or BTL operations preferred
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data management
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
