Job Title: Bakery Associate / Bakery ExecutiveLocation: Labonel Fine Baking

Department: Production / Operations

Reports To: Head Baker / Pastry Chef

Job SummaryThe Bakery Associate at Labonel Fine Baking is responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality breads, pastries, and baked products in line with Labonel’s standards. The role requires attention to detail, consistency, hygiene, and teamwork to ensure excellent product quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts as per Labonel recipes and standards
  • Measure, mix, proof, shape, and bake doughs and batters accurately
  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery items
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times
  • Assist in decoration and finishing of bakery products when required
  • Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product quality
  • Manage inventory of raw materials and inform seniors about shortages
  • Support senior bakers and pastry chefs in daily production tasks
  • Comply with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines
  • Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of baking techniques and bakery equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Attention to detail and quality consciousness
  • Good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • QualificationsDiploma / Certification in Bakery or Pastry (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a bakery, patisserie, or similar setup (freshers with training can also apply)
  • Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for long hours
  • Ability to lift bakery trays, ingredients, and equipment as required
