Baker

• Manages all day-to-day production of the pastry, garnish and chocolate icings,fillings,tarts,pans etc section of the kitchen.

·        Bake the cookies,make icing,fillings labels,dough,cake,cupcakes,tart and other dessert etc according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and checklists.

• Assist Head baker in baking Cakes and other
• bakery requirements
• Prepare a wide variety of pastry product etc. following recipes
• Coordinate all pastry and dessert preparation and presentation.
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all pastry products
• Ensure all recipes are being followed correctly.
• Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to the Executive pastry chef immediately.
• Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and safety standards.
• Complete your duties and responsibilities as assigned by the head baker in a timely manner.
