Barista

Role Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages while creating a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a smile and take their orders politely.

Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages, snacks, and light food items.

Maintain cleanliness of the café area, tables, and equipment.

Handle cash/transactions accurately.

Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.

Work with the team to ensure smooth café operations.

Provide excellent customer service by being attentive and helpful.

Skills & Qualities Needed:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, positive, and energetic attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of coffee/beverages (training will be provided).

Team player and willing to learn.

Work Conditions:

Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays.

Standing for long hours may be required.

Education/Experience:

Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred.

Prior café or customer service experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
