Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices accurately in the billing software.
- Verify billing data, quantities, and pricing before finalizing invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales team for order confirmation and dispatch.
- Maintain billing records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle customer billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare daily sales and billing reports.
- Assist accounts team in reconciliation and GST-related documentation.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting and GST.
- Experience in billing software (Zoho, Tally, GoFrugal, etc.).
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills.
