Job Title: Cafeteria Billing Executive

Location: St. John’s Hospital Cafeteria, Koramangala, Bangalore

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and customer-friendly Billing Executive to manage billing and cash transactions at the St. John’s Hospital Cafeteria. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a cashier or billing staff in quick-service restaurants such as KFC, Domino’s, McDonald’s, or similar outlets.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle billing and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and issue receipts/bills to customers.
• Maintain cash register and ensure daily reconciliation of sales.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth order processing.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the billing counter.
• Support cafeteria management with sales reports and inventory coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Minimum PUC / Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in billing or cashier roles (preferably in QSR chains like KFC, Domino’s, McDonald’s, etc.).
• 
  
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, experience with POS systems.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, customer service orientation, honesty, and attention to detail.
• Language: Ability to communicate in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred.
• Work Schedule:Rotational shifts (morning/evening)
• 6 days working per week
