Medical Billing & Insurance – Job Description
- Handle patient billing, insurance claims, and reimbursements
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on claims with TPAs/insurers
- Resolve claim rejections, denials, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with doctors, front office, and insurance companies
- Ensure accurate coding, documentation, and timely payments
Requirements
- Experience in medical billing/insurance (hospital or clinic)
- Knowledge of insurance policies, TPAs, and claim processes
- Basic understanding of medical codes and billing software
- Good communication and documentation skills
