Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Nissan Service Advisor at our Marathahalli and Hulimavu locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their automotive service needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and assist them with scheduling service appointments.
2. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
3. Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on customer concerns and vehicle inspections.
4. Communicate service recommendations and estimated costs to customers in a clear and transparent manner.
5. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
6. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
8. Maintain accurate records of service transactions, including customer information, service history, and repair orders.
9. Upsell additional services and products to customers as needed.
10. Ensure the service area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus.
