Key Responsibilities:** Outbound Calling:** Contact potential and existing customers to introduce offerings, gather feedback, and drive sales.** Inbound Handling:** Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and address complaints efficiently.** Lead Generation & Nurturing:** Identify prospects, qualify leads, and pass high-quality opportunities to sales teams.** Customer Relationship Management:** Build rapport, understand needs, offer solutions, and ensure high satisfaction.** Data Management:** Maintain accurate customer contact information and call records in databases.** Script Adherence & Adaptation:** Follow company scripts and policies while adapting communication to customer needs. Essential Skills & Qualifications:** Communication:** Excellent verbal skills, clear articulation, and active listening.** Persuasion & Salesmanship:** Ability to influence decisions and meet targets.** Patience & Resilience:** Ability to handle rejection and manage difficult conversations.** Interpersonal Skills:** Empathy and rapport-building.** Attention to Detail:** For accurate data entry and note-taking.** Adaptability:** Ability to work with scripts, systems, and different customer types.
