Job Description
Immediate Hiring for BPO Insurance sales process
Salary – 19500/- CTC
Job Responsibilities:
* Insurance sales and customer acquisition
* End-to-end agent onboarding including documentation, training, and activation
* Drive insurance sales through agents and direct channels
* Work in a target-oriented environment with fixed targets
* Ability to handle sales pressure
* Experience in insurance or banking product sales preferred
* Maintain quality standards and compliance
Qualification:
Proven experience as a Insurance sales or any baking sales for min 6 month
Basic communication in English and Hindi Or Bengali or Hindi & Tamil or Hindi&Telugu
Willingness to work in shifts (initially 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
