Key Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities of Branch Manager

 Overall responsibility for branch operations, team performance, and target achievement.

 Lead and manage Team Leads, Tele-Campaigners, interns, and support staff.

 Ensure achievement of monthly tele-campaigning and fundraising targets.

 Monitor call volumes, KPIs, donor satisfaction, and prepare performance reports.

 Handle escalated donor/customer issues and ensure service quality.

 Recruit, train, coach, and review performance of team members.

 Plan and execute Resource Mobilization activities, including CSR and SFR initiatives

and outbound activities on the field.

 Build and maintain relationships with donors, corporates, schools, and partners.

 Coordinate CSR agreements, documentation, donor reporting, and renewals.

 Oversee internship programs and compliance program (POSH,POCSO).

 Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and CHF guidelines.

 Manage office administration, records, reporting, and coordination with local authorities.

 Foster a positive, ethical, and performance-driven work culture.
