About the Role: Insuremile is looking for enthusiastic and motivated female fresh graduates to join our team as State Branch Coordinators. This is a great opportunity to begin a rewarding career in the insurance and financial services sector, gain hands-on operational experience, and grow into a permanent role based on performance. As a Branch Coordinator, you will assist in daily sales operations, manage branch transactions, and coordinate with both the State Sales Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth branch performance. ⸻

Key Responsibilities: • Support daily sales operations and branch coordination. • Work closely with the State Sales Manager and Operations Manager on branch activities. • Maintain transaction records, sales documentation, and reports. • Assist with customer communication and service requests. • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. • Promote a positive, efficient, and customer-focused work environment. ⸻

Qualifications: • Education: Fresh graduate (any discipline). • Gender: Female candidates preferred. • Languages: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and any one local language (preferred-Kannada,Tamil,Telugu,Malyalam). • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, documentation). • Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry. ⸻ Internship Details: • Duration: 3 months (Internship) • Stipend: ₹14,000 per month • Performance Evaluation: Successful interns will be offered a permanent position with Insuremile. ⸻
