Brand Collaborator

Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and proactive individuals to join our team as Brand Collaborators. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, approach, and onboard brands for paid shoots and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential brands for collaborations
• Pitch and onboard brands for paid shoots with the company
• Maintain strong follow-ups and relationships with brands
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of brand shoots
• Achieve monthly targets for brand onboarding

Compensation & Incentives:

• Attractive incentives on successful brand closures
• For deals above ₹20,000, incentives of approximately ₹2,000–₹3,000 can be earned
• Higher-value deals will have proportionate commission benefits

Eligibility:

• Open to students, influencers, and freshers
• Strong communication and networking skills preferred
• Interest in marketing, branding, and influencer collaborations
