BTL Supervisor

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and manage BTL field activities such as roadshows, mall activations, kiosks, events, sampling, and in-store promotions

• Allocate daily tasks to promoters and field executives and ensure timely reporting
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of field staff
• Ensure brand guidelines, campaign messaging, and promotional standards are strictly followed
• Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and logistics teams for campaign materials
• Handle on-ground issues, escalations, and quick problem resolution
• Collect daily activity reports, photos, and feedback from the field
• Submit end-of-day / end-of-campaign reports to the reporting manager
• Ensure proper usage and safety of branding materials and assets
• Support training and briefing of promoters before campaign launches
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong people management and communication skills
• Good understanding of BTL marketing activities and executions
• Ability to manage multiple locations and teams simultaneously
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
