Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Marketing who can bridge marketing performance and business decision-making. The role focuses on data analysis, campaign optimization, SEO/SEM insights, and ROI measurement across digital channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive growth using actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Analytics & Performance

• Analyze and monitor digital marketing performance across paid, organic, and owned channels
• Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, traffic growth, and lead quality
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards and reports for management

Google Platforms & Tools

• Manage and analyze data from Google Search Console:
• Search performance, indexing issues, keyword rankings, page health
• Support and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max):
• Campaign performance analysis, keyword insights, bid and budget recommendations
• Use Google Analytics (GA4) to track:
• User behavior, funnels, conversions, and attribution

SEO & SEM Insights

• Analyze organic search trends, keyword performance, and competitor benchmarks
• Identify SEO improvement opportunities based on data (content gaps, page performance)
• Support SEM strategy with keyword research, A/B test insights, and conversion analysis

Business & Data Analysis

• Translate marketing data into business insights and recommendations
• Perform trend analysis, cohort analysis, and funnel analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efficiency
• Support forecasting and budgeting decisions for digital marketing spends

Reporting & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Create clear, actionable reports for marketing heads and leadership
• Work closely with digital marketing, content, sales, and product teams
• Present insights in a simple, business-friendly manner

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• Strong experience in Digital Marketing Analytics or Business Analysis
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Search Console
• Google Ads (AdWords)
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, analysis)
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing funnels
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have

• Experience with Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau
• Basic understanding of HTML, landing pages, and CRO
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Exposure to B2B marketing, lead generation, or e-commerce analytics
