Business Developemnt Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1.Sales & Customer Acquisition:

Identify and approach potential customers for chit fund schemes.

Explain chit fund plans, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.

Convince and convert prospects into active subscribers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

2.Marketing & Promotion

Conduct field marketing, door-to-door campaigns, and local promotions.

Organize and participate in promotional events, meetings, and roadshows.

Build relationships with local businesses, agents, and community groups for referrals.

Collect market intelligence and competitor information.

Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.

3.Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage renewals and referrals.

Guide customers through documentation and onboarding process.

4.Collections & Coordination

Assist in timely collection of monthly installments when required.

Coordinate with branch staff for account updates and customer records.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

5.Reporting

Maintain daily sales activity reports.

Track leads, conversions, and customer feedback.

Submit regular performance reports to the Branch Manager.

Achieve assigned sales and subscription targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Work in a target-driven environment with performance-based evaluation.
