Job Description

● 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the commercial interiors or real estate sector preferred

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and local language

● Presentable and professional appearance — this is a client-facing role

● Minimum educational qualification: Undergraduate degree (UG)

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

● Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calls, site visits, referrals, and online platforms

● Identify and connect with potential clients (corporates, startups, builders, consultants, etc.)

● Present and pitch our interior design and execution services to prospective clients

● Conduct client meetings, site visits, and proposal discussions

● Coordinate with Sales and Design teams to align solutions with client needs

● Follow up consistently and maintain relationships throughout the sales funnel — from lead generation to project closure

● Negotiate contracts and ensure timely closure of deals

● Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress reports
