Position - Business Development Associate – Property Management

Location - HSR Layout - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for residential/commercial property management services

Generate leads through outreach, networking, referrals, and market research

Explain service offerings, pricing models, and management processes to prospects

Coordinate property onboarding with operations and account management teams

Maintain CRM records, track pipeline progress, and prepare sales reports

Required Qualifications

12th Pass and Above

0–3 years of experience in sales, business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build relationships and handle client objections professionally

Lead generation & sales pipeline management

Client relationship management
