Breakout Marketing is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate – Real Estate & Financial Services to join our global team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in international markets. We are a global company that provides dynamic marketing solutions and international sales campaigns, helping brands increase their reach and grow their business.

This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

About the RoleThe Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new business leads and identifying opportunities in the real estate and financial services sector, particularly in international markets.

• Identify new business leads and spot high-potential opportunities in real estate and financial services across global markets.
• Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving sales targets.

• Keep CRM records up to date and deliver accurate sales reports.

📌 Qualifications

• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a big plus).
