Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through cold calls or online channels.
Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Academic Qualification: Any Graduation / Post Graduation
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in EdTech sales
Package: ₹3.3 LPA
Probation Period: 2 Months (Mandatory)
Targets: ₹2,10,000 revenue per month
- Working Details Training Period: First 10 days unpaid
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM
- Attendance & Consistency:
- Maintain at least 90% attendance/consistency during probation.
- Only 1–2 leaves allowed in the first month for exceptional circumstances.
- Key Responsibilities Gain an in-depth understanding of all products and services offered by Skill Intern Pvt. Ltd.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational targets and drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, cold calling, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Acquire new clients via direct engagement, referrals, and coordination with the marketing team.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and trust.
- Recommend relevant product upgrades and additional services tailored to client needs.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service quality and satisfaction.
