🔥 Customer Support Executive – Immediate Joining
📍 Location: Bommanahalli, Bangalore
🕒 Shift: Rotational Shift | 9 Hours Working | Rotational Week Off
💰 CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000
💵 Take Home: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Approx)
✅ Eligibility:
- Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply
- Minimum 0–2 Years Experience in Customer Support / BPO (Preferred)
🗣 Languages (Mandatory):
- English + Hindi (Compulsory)
⚡ Role: Customer Support – Payment Gateway
- Handle inbound & outbound customer queries (Calls / Chat / Email)
- Assist with payment issues, refunds & transactions
- Support customers with account-related queries
- Resolve complaints within TAT
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams
