Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & language skills)

Incentives: ₹5,000 to ₹60,000 per month (performance-based)

• Job Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
• Explain company products/services and close deals
• Handle client calls and emails professionally
• Ensure zero pending tickets and timely issue resolution
• Maintain customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
• Follow up with clients regularly
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update CRM, sales reports, and client records
• Draft clear, professional emails and provide accurate support
• Requirements:Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Hindi is mandatory
• Additional South Indian languages (Tamil / Malayalam) preferred
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines
• Hands-on experience in handling client calls and email support
• Knowledge of sales and marketing is an added advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call logs and customer details accurately
• Requirements:Strong verbal communication skills
• Confidence in handling customer calls
• Fluency in English and regional language
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
