Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and corporate interior projects.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, referrals, and online platforms.

Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the design team for proposals and presentations.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and quotations.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.

Follow up with clients regularly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new design concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into business opportunities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Good presentation skills and professional appearance.

Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
