Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving student enrollments for our various training programs.

• Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms).
• Counsel prospective students and working professionals about our courses and career transition opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
• Maintain CRM tools to track communication and follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the academy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in EdTech or similar sales roles is a plus but not mandatory.
