Freelance Sales Development Executive(Appointment Generation – AI & Custom Applications)


Role OverviewWe are looking for a Freelance Sales Development Executive (SDE) who will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings with potential clients interested in AI infrastructure, AI-enabled solutions, and custom software applications.


Your primary responsibility will be to identify relevant prospects and secure discovery meetings for our consulting team.


This is a remote, performance-driven role, ideal for professionals experienced in B2B lead generation and appointment setting, particularly within the technology or IT services domain.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead GenerationIdentify businesses that may benefit from AI solutions, automation, or custom software development
  • Research and build prospect lists including decision-makers such as:

  • CTOs
  • CIOs
  • Heads of Technology
  • Digital Transformation Leaders
  • Operations Leaders
  • 2. OutreachInitiate outreach through:

  • LinkedIn
  • Email campaigns
  • Professional networks
  • Cold outreach where appropriate
  • 3. Appointment SettingIntroduce our AI and custom application capabilities
  • Identify interest and potential business needs
  • Schedule meetings with qualified decision-makers for our consulting team

4. Prospect QualificationEnsure prospects meet basic criteria such as:

  • Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation
  • A defined business challenge or potential use case
  • Relevant decision-making authority or influence
  • 5. CRM & ReportingMaintain records of outreach activities and meetings scheduled
  • Provide weekly updates on outreach efforts and pipeline progress
