Experience Required: Minimum 6 months (B2B Sales)

CTC: ₹3 – ₹3.6 LPA

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Overview We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our team at Gubbacci Apparel Private Limited. The role involves generating new business, handling B2B clients, and expanding our presence in the Bangalore market. Candidates residing near JP Nagar will be preferred.

• Key Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new B2B customers through field visits and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Present company products, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Collect market and competitor information and share insights with the management.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with clients for orders, payments, and repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Maintain daily field visit reports and update CRM or sales trackers.
• Job Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B Field Sales.
• Must have a two-wheeler for office and field use.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).
• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
• Candidates staying near JP Nagar, Bangalore, will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
