Business Development Executive

As a part-time Business Development Executive, you will directly contribute to the agency’s revenue by converting leads into clients. Your communication, follow-ups, and understanding of digital marketing—especially Google Ads, and Meta Ads—will play a key role in driving growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
• Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide weekly updates.
• Maintain clean CRM records and track communication history.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
• Explain our Google Ads, Meta Ads & Real Estate lead-gen solutions clearly.
• Identify sales opportunities and help improve the sales process.

🎯 Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling.
• Working knowledge of Real Estate marketing, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Comfort with achieving and working under monthly sales targets.
• Basic CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
