Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential properties
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Coordinate and schedule site visits for customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales
- Provide complete project information including pricing, payment plans, location and amenities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM and also update in sales sheets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales experience
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan processing, and booking procedures
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Ensure consistent follow ups with prospect customers and also update accordingly in CRM.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic negotiation and convincing abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of sales processes and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (Real estate experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate sales may also apply
