Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential properties
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits for customers
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers to convert leads into sales
  • Provide complete project information including pricing, payment plans, location and amenities
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and sales activities in CRM and also update in sales sheets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth sales experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, loan processing, and booking procedures
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
  • Ensure consistent follow ups with prospect customers and also update accordingly in CRM.

  • Good knowledge of sales processes and follow-ups
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (Real estate experience preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate sales may also apply
