Business Development Executive (BDE)

·      Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·      Update customer information in the database during and after each call/Chat.

·      Maintain a database of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

·      Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services. Utilize data to highlight the benefits of our platform.

·      Receiving inbound calls and resolving customer quarries, coordinating with client for smooth rental purchases.

·      Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
