Job Summary

Oraiyan Groups is hiring aTL and BDE to manage and guide a sales team to achieve business goals.

 The role involves leading a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance, client acquisition, and customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Train team members on Oraiyan Groups’ real estate products and services.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.

Conduct team meetings, track sales activities, and manage the team's pipeline.

Assist in client interactions and help resolve complex sales issues.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications :

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

Familiarity with the real estate market is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Networking abilities and a professional demeanor.

Flexibility to attend evening networking events and corporate functions, as needed.
