Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment in the Radiology and Critical Care segment across hospitals, diagnostic centers, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions in Bengaluru and nearby territories. The role requires strong customer relationship management, product presentation skills, business development ability, and achievement of assigned sales targets.

  • Key responsibilities Promote and sell Radiology and Critical Care medical equipment to hospitals, diagnostic centers, ICUs, and healthcare institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with doctors, biomedical engineers, purchase teams, administrators, and department heads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and user discussions for prospective customers.
  • Generate enquiries, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support order closure.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate updates in CRM or internal reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with application, service, logistics, and internal teams for smooth installation and post-sales support.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, tenders, and market developments in Radiology and Critical Care.
  • Support collections, documentation, and customer satisfaction activities after installation.

Products coveredThe role may include products such as:

  • X-ray, C arms equipment, imaging-related devices, and diagnostic systems in Radiology.
  • Patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, ICU devices, and other Critical Care equipment.
  • Candidate profile Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, B.Sc., or any related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in medical equipment, hospital furniture or medical device sales
  • Exposure to Radiology, Imaging, ICU, or Critical Care product sales is preferred.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are important for this role.
  • Ability to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions for customer meetings and demonstrations is usually expected.
  • Preferred skillsHospital sales and key account handling.
  • Tender business exposure and quotation management.
  • Clinical/product understanding with the ability to explain technical features clearly.
  • Distributor coordination and channel support.
  • Self-driven approach with strong target orientation.
