Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job SummaryNivashan Infra Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, explaining project details, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Educational Qualification:Any Degree

OR

Minimum 12th Pass with good communication skills

Mandatory Skills• Basic English communication

• Kannada language (Mandatory)

• Strong verbal communication skills

• Customer handling and convincing ability

• Basic computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities• Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and other communication channels

• Explain project details and key benefits to prospective clients

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Schedule site visits for interested customers

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients through calls and messages

• Update lead information and interaction status in CRM or lead tracking system

• Coordinate with the sales team for visit confirmations and appointments

• Maintain daily activity reports and lead status updates

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
