π― Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base. You will play a key role in identifying potential leads, converting them into clients, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process.
π Key Responsibilities
π Generate leads through cold calling, telecalling, field visits, and digital platforms
π₯ Attend walk-in customers and schedule site visits
π§ Guide clients through project details, pricing, and documentation
π£οΈ Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
π€ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
π Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management
ποΈ Maintain daily call and follow-up records
π Provide feedback and market insights to the management team
β Requirements
π 0β1 years of experience in sales or business development
π£οΈ Strong communication and negotiation skills (English + regional languages)
β Knowledge of the local market is preferred
