Job Description – Business Development Executive (Freshers)

Position: Business Development Executive

Qualification: BA / BBA / B.Com / BBM / MBA

Eligible Batch: 2025 & 2026 Pass-outs

Academic Criteria: Minimum 70% aggregate

Location: Bangalore – Banashankari 2nd Stage

Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities

·       Lead generation, client interaction, and follow-ups

·       Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations

·       Coordinate with internal teams to achieve closures

·       Maintain client data, MIS, and performance reports

Skills & Competencies:

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills

·       Basic understanding of sales and business development

·       Willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate environment

·       Working knowledge of MS Office

Compensation:

·       Annual CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,60,000 per annum

·       Compensation will be finalized based on interview performance and company policy
