Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.

This is a fixed-salary role requiring consistent daily performance.

Candidates must meet the required talk time and lead-generation benchmarks to qualify for monthly payouts.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound calls to prospective clients

 Explain products and benefits clearly to customers

 Follow up regularly with prospects

 Maintain accurate records of calls and leads

 Achieve required 2 hours of daily talk time 

Salary Structure

 Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

 Salary based on experience and performance

 Payment processed upon meeting performance criteria
