Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000

Job Overview:We are hiring a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our customer base in the building and construction materials segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales
• Promote and sell building and construction materials
• Meet potential clients (B2B & B2C) and explain product offerings
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients
• Maintain daily sales reports and updates

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th Pass
• Freshers can apply
• Basic communication skills (Hindi & Kannada preferred)
• Interest in sales and field work
• Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales is an advantage
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
