Grow Well Groups is hiring a result-driven Business Development Executive with mandatory experience in real estate sales to handle client interactions and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls
• Follow up on company-generated leads
• Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages
• Coordinate site visits with clients and internal team
• Maintain accurate client data and regular follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (Mandatory)
• Good communication skills in English (Kannada preferred)
• Strong client-handling and presentation skills
• Good understanding of Bengaluru real estate market
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
