Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support overall sales growth. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
• Conduct meetings/calls to present company services and convert leads.
• Maintain strong communication and rapport with existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, leads, and closures.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Represent the company in meetings, events, and market activities.
• Ensure excellent client servicing and follow-up.
