Job Description
- SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to prepare presentations, proposals, and technical documents
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel for tracking, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation)
- Basic understanding of electrical / electronic products and systems
- Willingness and ability to learn hotel automation, modular switches, room control units, and sensor solutions
- Capability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings (desirable)
- Good follow-up, coordination, and CRM management skills
- Basic analytical skills to prepare competitor comparison sheets and market reports
- Relationship-building skills with architects, consultants, contractors, and hotel procurement teams
- Other RequirementsWillingness to travel extensively across South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory); four-wheeler license preferred
- Professional appearance and business-appropriate conduct for meetings with senior hotel stakeholders
- Readiness to attend site visits, industry events, and trade shows
- Ability to handle long sales cycles common in project-based hospitality sales
- Languages: Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Openness to learning technical, commercial, and market aspects of B2B sales
