Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales through presentations, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound leads
• Conduct professional product presentations to prospective clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership plans
• Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Minimum 1–3 years of experience inTimeshare Sales

·        Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·        Proven ability to close high-value sales

·        Customer-centric mindset with a persuasive approach

·        Comfortable working with targets and incentives

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in hospitality, travel, orreal estate sales

·        Knowledge of resort operations and membership benefits

·        Multilingual skills are an added advantage
