Business Development Executive (BDE)

G.D.S Floor Mart is a supplier and execution company located in Essel gardens, Bileshivale, Bengaluru. We specialize in Wooden Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, OT Flooring, LVT Flooring, Carpet Flooring, Deck Flooring, Artificial Grass, Wallpapers and Blinds. Our products are available PAN INDIA for all sectors like Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, Corporate, Education etc., and we pride ourselves on providing high-quality solutions for our clients.

We are looking a Business Development Executive (BDE), who is responsible for identifying new Business, Building and maintaining client relationship and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and sourcing a new clients through cold calling, field marketing
2. Visiting the sourced client offices and meeting the Architects
3. Generating the leads and explaining our products
4. Scheduling the Architect's meeting and deliver the presentation to prospective clients.
5. Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services.

Eligibility / Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
2. 6 Month to 1 years of Experience preferrable
3. Profession Communication skills - Mandatory
4. Proficiency in MS Office, Word and Excel.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. 2 wheeler is mandatory (Travel Allowance will be provided)
7. Salary will be 15k to 20k + performance based incentives
