Job Description
Business Development Executive
Company: Relicomp Elevators
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and lift solutions.
- Generate leads through builders, architects, contractors, and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and project feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and reports.
- Support after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales (elevator industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Preferred Profile:
- Graduate / Diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in elevator / construction industry preferred).
- Good understanding of elevator systems, lift solutions, or building services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
- Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and field work.
- Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
