Job Description

Business Development Executive

Company: Relicomp Elevators


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevator and lift solutions.
  • Generate leads through builders, architects, contractors, and site visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and project feasibility.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and timely delivery.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and reports.
  • Support after-sales coordination to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (elevator industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client meetings and site visits independently.
  • Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma holder in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in elevator / construction industry preferred).
  • Good understanding of elevator systems, lift solutions, or building services is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and close sales.
  • Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and field work.
  • Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
