About

the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our fast- growing real estate team in Bangalore. If you’re passionate about sales, love meeting new people, and have a knack for real estate - this role is for you!

 

You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, conducting field visits, and supporting the sales process for residential and commercial projects-especially across North Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities

• Connect and manage leads through Calls and field visits.

 

• Identify and connect with potential buyers and investors.

 

• Present and promote real estate projects through site visits & meetings.

 

• Maintain CRM records, follow up with clients, and assist in closing deals.

 

• Collaborate with sales & marketing teams on strategies and campaigns.

 

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships.

 

• Stay informed about real estate trends in your area.

 

• Support and guide team members to achieve collective sales goals.


Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

 

• 1–2 years of experience in sales-real estate or field sales preferred.

 

• Experience in North Bangalore real estate is a strong advantage.

 

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

 

• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

 

• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for meetings & site visits.

 

• Proficiency in Kannada/Hindi is an added bonus.
