Role Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) – Calling is responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining company services, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. The role focuses on consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients as per assigned data
• Identify customer needs and present company products/services clearly
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database regularly
• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and pending closures
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Handle basic customer queries and provide required information
• Skills & Requirements:
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain call discipline
