Job Description

Tech Vedhu, a Bengaluru-based EdTech company offering personalised tech learning in native languages, targets freshers. It emphasises lead generation, customer service, and sales support with a performance-based CTC of 2.5-4.5 LPA after a 2-month probation (stipend ₹12,500-15,000).


Key Requirements


• 0-1 year experience; freshers welcome.

• Fluency in Tamil, English; Telugu/Kannada preferred.

• Own laptop and stable internet required.

• Strong skills in lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and organisation.


Responsibilities


• Generate and qualify leads via calls, emails, and chats.

• Maintain customer relationships and support the sales cycle.

• Update CRM records and achieve targets.
