Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via calls, understanding their business needs, explaining our product, conducting demos, following up, and converting leads into paying customers.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales conversations, relationship building, and performance-based growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers (businesses, agencies, service companies, factories, etc.)
  • Understand customer pain points and present Shramii’s product features clearly
  • Schedule and conduct product demos (online / telephonic)
  • Perform regular follow-ups to convert interested leads into customers
  • Support customers during onboarding and initial usage
  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up details
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demo or customer support needs
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu required)
  • Confidence in calling, convincing, and closing deals
  • Ability to explain a tech product in simple business terms
  • Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or customer handling
  • Comfortable with cold calling and target-based work
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude


Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRTech, EdTech, or services sales
  • Experience in demo-based or consultative selling
  • Startup exposure or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
