Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description :

* Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote EdTech programs, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions related to Medical, Engineering, and Study Abroad courses.

* Handle inbound enquiries received through calls, websites, emails, and campaigns, and provide accurate information about courses and offerings.

* Qualify prospects by understanding their requirements and convert enquiries into potential leads for the sales/admission team.

* Ensure timely follow-ups with interested students/parents to maximize lead conversion and appointment bookings.

* Maintain and update lead details, call logs, and follow-up status in the CRM/lead management system.

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate or Graduate or Post Graduation

* Experience: 0 – 2 years

* Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills and Presentation Skills

* English & Kannada Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage
