Job Description

.About the Role:We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual who can drive sales through cold calling and inside sales activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Conduct cold calls to potential customers and generate new leads.
  • Explain company products/services and convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers for long-term engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
  • Keep records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Skills & Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Highly dedicated, hardworking, and goal-driven.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections professionally.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
