Niveshartha Pvt Ltd is a registered Research Analyst company which is a leading provider of exclusive research services in stock market with a commitment to innovation and excellence. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Business development executive to join our dynamic Business team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion:

- Engage with pre-qualified leads provided by the marketing team through calls, emails, or meetings.

- Understand client needs, present suitable Niveshartha services, and close deals.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any concerns.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Achieve sales targets by converting marketing leads into paying clients.

- Tailor presentations and pitches to meet the unique requirements of each lead.

Feedback & Collaboration:

- Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and client preferences.

- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clients.

Reporting & Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.

- Prepare and present regular reports on lead conversions and sales performance.


Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to convert leads into clients and meet sales targets.

Knowledge of financial markets and investment products is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
